Today I can harvest tempeh. With the white fungus that covers the beans.

Today I also showed my tempe to a number of lecturers and asked for their opinions and input. Some lecturers liked my tempeh, it just felt a little bitter and still smelled of fermentation and still needed further testing.

After that I re-compiled my resume which will be collected tomorrow.
