Hello guys welcome back to my blog, as usual I will tell you my activities while in the kitchen.

Today I continue the third trial, yesterday I had peeled bintatoeng beans and today the process of mixing yeast and fermentation, in the first trial I used 36 hours, and the second trial was 30 hours. The third trial I will use 28 hours of fermentation.

In the division process of bintatoeng beans must be done cleanly and neatly so that tempeh can be, and fermented at room temperature where the temperature is stable so that the process of fungal growth is not interrupted then the division process I do at home. Today I return to make a resume.
