Hello guys Welcome back to my blog, Hello guys welcome back to my blog as usual I will tell my activities diving in the kitchen.

Today I continue my first trial research, the gude / pigeon peas which I have soaked for 24 hours for me to wash thoroughly and also I started the process of stripping the epidermis.

This stripping process is very difficult so it takes up to a day, so one day I only focused on peeling gude nuts.

I do the process of mixing yeast and fermentation at home.
