Hello guys, welcome back to may blog, today i will tell you about my activities in the kitchen laboratory.
We stand in
one line because Chef aldino explain for prepare tomorrow, my groub prepare
minestrone soup and as usual i get problam in the ingredients because stock for
carrot in the ingredients store was sold out so i replace with zucchini, and
then i made tomato sauce frome concase tometo becaus tomato pure sold out.
Prepared for tommoro finish the nex we do general cleaning.

Today i'm late
got to college, i arrived in the kitchen at 08.05, my first activity in the
kitchen clean the office and made coffee for lacturer, i made coffe twice
because i think mr. Ical, mr. Rijal, and chef aldino not come to kitchen, and
it turns our they came to kitchen.
Today we
prepare for open resto, when prepare beef stew i have problem because beef is
not enough, the second my problem is the mushroom that we want to use,
the third i have problem the ingredient is sold out and today chef aldino
late so we're confused and nervous.
at 11.45
representatives of each group explain to resto, but we beef stew is not ready
so we explain and open resto at.05, the first 18 pack order for
appetizer, 9 pack for soup, whil for main corse is not order, a fe
momens later i have 20 pack order for main corse it make us overwhelmed, At
02.00 close resto,
