Daily Report Part 12
     
         Hello guys, welcome back to may blog, today i will tell you about my activities in  the kitchen laboratory.

Today i prepare minestro soup for open resto,  some the ingredients we prepare yesterde  in the morning i just  toing beef beken and stock for minestro soup,at 10.00 o'clock we made minestro soup the first saute  all ingredients in the stock pot with salad oil, secondly pour tomato paste with chicken stock and dhen add seasoning.


At 12:00 o'clock open resto,  i went to resto for table manne,  in the restaurant i meet friends  from others majors,  i talked with them about these food,  they don't like the appetizzer because they'tongue don't match the continental food, soup, main course and dessert they're very like.

At 02:00 O'clock i back to kitchen,  arrived in the kitchen i did general cleaning bifor general cleaning we standing oneline because chef aldino explain about correct fridge arrangement, as usually i get section office and chiller, after our general cleaning,  we ate more product the last we back to home.
