Daily Report Part 10
In the morning we very busy with prepered for open resto at 12.00
o'clok, before we prepared i'm sharp my knife like what chef aldino teach us
before we doing better sharp our knife because it help our work. We started or
prepared, the first i take bologneise in the cileer for in saute. While
the pasta was not take in chiller, after we haved order we put out pasta
from chiller.
At 11:45 allthe food's is ready, befor our food get in the
restaurants i'm explain how to make spaghetti bolognese to mr samsul rijal,
this is the first time i explain in second semester so i very
tanse, nervous, and i not confident because my speak english is not good
but i want to try because i want to learn, Because i nervous i forget a few
words and i'm so grateful because there is rifqi and mr samsul rijal help me
speak English, after explain i'm so very excited to learn speak english
i'm not afraid wrong and shame speak english bacause in learning need
process.
At 12.45 open restaurant, our spaghetti bolognese our the
restaurant only 36 pecx, our little hassle so my friends helped us.After open
resto we prepared beef stew for tomorrow when made beef stew we have probblem
because my friends washing to beef it should not in the washing.
After prepared we general cleaning and back to home.
