Daily Report Part 9

Hello guys, welcome back to may blog, today i will tell you about my activities in  the kitchen laboratory.

Today i arrived  in the  kitchen at 07.45, in the morning i cleaning the office and i made coffee,  today my group  prepared spagetti bolognese, our prepared have problem because the ingredients that we will used like carrots and onions was sold out so we wait until the inggredients was coming. we prepared beef wagyu, parsley, garlic, pesto, tomato paste, tomato pure, salt and pepper.

At 11.45 the ingredients was coming. The first We prepared pasta, we boiled pasta until 7 minutes and my pasta almost over cook so chef aldino ask me to rinse the pasta in the cold water until the pasta is cold,  after that we made bolognese sauce the first chop garlic,  anion, carrot and then saute all ingredients put the tomato pure and water stir well, because the bolognese sauce don't have nice red color so i saute tomato paste after that pour in the bolognese sauce.

Prepared for spaghetti bolognese finished,  i helped chef aldino made wagyu patty for tomorrow,  i used recipe from chef aldino after that i prepared the ingredients, mix beef wagyu with  ingredients ,stir the patty dough until well, molding the patty dough, and then wrap the paty doug and entered into the freezer,  at 03.45 we do the general cleaning as usual i got office section at 05.30 we back to home.
