DAILY REPORT PART 21 ( ENGLISH VERSION )


Welcome back to my blog, today is our second day in practice week, we continue preparing for beef rice bowl, all our vegetables blanch first, after that we fry meat first then all in saute and mixed together and added with sauce.




Today we are again preparing a menu of Thailand and our section was Tom yam gong this is a soup from Thailand. Here we need a shrimp stock so we needed my shrimp and a few female friends I served to peel shrimp that will be created a stock consists of the skin of the shrimp, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and bay leave. After at 11 us directly.

prepare all ingredients in addition to the Chinese wok because we use it first saute garlic, onion, carrot, shiitake mushroom, oil, beef that has been in goring and stir until blended then stir in black pepper sauce.


        Before general cleaning we make omlete in advance because chef Dino asked us to make it, after that we direct our work area clean and doing General cleaning I clean the stove and we should be open and wash it off. After that we ate food that we make today and we came back at home at afternoon.
