Daily Report Part 18 ( English version )
Hallo
guys meet again with me after a week in the theory week is quite boring and the
week of duty hehehe just kidding,finally we're back in practice week, do not
get bored of reading my blog guys, . as usual we are one line at 08.00 we
pray, this time we practice in cool kitchen with new and different atmosphere
while waiting for our suprvaisor lecturer reviewing, after waiting for a few
hours no lecturer come to teach us because there is little problem.
today we entered
the material Indonesian food, the menu itself consists of appetizer is jalang
kote, soup is sosok utan, maincorse is konro bakar, rice, acar, kerupuk , and
dessert is pisang hijo. as usual on Monday we only prepare materials tomorrow
we just made for open restaurant.
This
practice is different from usual because we are self-taught without being
guided by lecturers so we believe only our recipes and supervisors, my group
got a soup section of the sosok utan soup sposok utan our own before we
have not yet made and look at the shape of this soup but because class 2B
semester 2 suda make this soup I see their dialy report and it turns out soup
figure itself is almost similar to the sayur bening.
today
we are only preparing some ingredients such as spices for the soup consisting
of garlic, pepper, pepper, and shrimp paste.
today we

chicken with spices fine,vegetables that we have cleaned and we cut other than.
that we make chicken stock because stock in kitchen suda out, group appetizer
