DAILY RIPORT PART 14 ( ENGLISH VERSION )
The
first day we went to the kitchen after middle test, As usual in the morning I
cleaning the office and made coffe for lecturers. today Chef Aldino is late so
while waiting for Chef Aldino we are in charge by Mr. Ical . Hes explained
about the time of cooking a good steak and also some tips for steak meat is not
hard and fiber is not crushed by not giving salt to meat not a while later Chef
Aldino came and explained to us about the menu we were going to make, his menu
consisted of.

Today
my group got a section appetizer that we prepared for today not too much, we
prepared only leek, cabbage, and mayonnaise, all vegetable we sridid then
we put in the chiller. After all I helped Chef Aldino to cleanse and decorate
the classroom.
All Finished the general cleaning we were given
a break for 30 minutes and then after break we’re back in the kitche for watched
movie the story of this film is quite interesting and gives us an overview of
the activities in the actual industry. After we finished our one line chef
aldino showed us how to cut the octopus properly after we prayed and went home.
