I come in the kitchen at 06.55
this time we come faster than usual, because it is last day we practice so today we just
prepared for open resto, menu for to day to be present to guests consist of..

As usualy chef aldino lete so
while waiting chef aldino I cook rice, at 09.15 Chef aldino come in the kitchen
and we stand one line because chef aldino explant about menu for today and As
for some science that chef aldino give to us, Chef aldino give instructions
dressing for appetizer and main course the same So what makes dressing is group
appetizer.
After we finished preparing like
the eggplant that gril, our green chilli roasted, the shrimp we soak into the
dressing, at 11.30 the chef aldino showed us a good plating way then each
representative section explained to the restaurant about the menu that we made,
at 12.00 open restauran everyone is busy with guest orders while I am busy to
clean chiller and frizer and record the stock of materials in frezer and
chiller after we finished eating, pray and go home.
