DAILY REPORT PART 1 ( English Version )

Today we online at 08 : 00 am as usally we pray before practic. Today we are superficed by chef aldino. Before practice chef aldino give intruction about what we will do for four days next, tuesday we make continental breakfast, wednesday we make english breakfast and thursday we make indonesian breakfast, After giving intrukction mr aldino gives us group task, my group job prepare twist bread until opening restore tomorrow.
At 10:00 am i start to make twist bread, i preapare ingridient of twist bread like hard flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, nontfalk milk powder, shortening, better, or margarine.
At 11:30 am i start to make dough of twist bread. Today there is something different to make twist bread because use mixing dogh by machine way and this way very powerfull to help me, After make dough twist bread,nex dough in proofing for a half an hour, then dough in the punching, and moulding, afther thad i put the dough in proofing cabinet fo 10 minute, finish it bake fo 30 minutes.

After bake,our supervisior are give us one hour for take a break , At 14 : 30 pm we come back oneline and get referrals by the chef aldino about open restaurants tomorrow and prepare for wednesday after that we do general cleaning i get section office in office i meet the chef wawan, chef wawan was singing and was very comfort and made me laugh, At 18 : 20 pm we're going to home.thank you very much for visit my blog.
